We need volunteers to make the Bully Rally a success! Below are the volunteer categories and the requirements for each. Email Jillian at jillian@atlantaunderdog.com to register as a volunteer and state which volunteer activities you are interested in as well as any time restrictions. Jillian will confirm your volunteer position with you.
We ask that volunteers NOT bring their own dog to the event unless another adult will be able to handle the dog throughout the event! See the Dog Attendance rules as well!
- Setup and Sign-in Tables - 10:30am-1:30pm or 1:30-4:30pm: Arrive early to help setup/take down tables, signs, raffle items, etc. Man the sign-in table to make sure each person with a dog signs the liability waiver.
- Canine Rest Area - 12pm-2:30pm or 2:30pm-5pm: Manage the time-out crates where dogs can relax. Must be comfortable with dogs you just met.
- LugNuts operation - 12:30-5pm, shifts available: Assist with the operations of the LugNuts weight-pull. Register dogs, help weigh dogs, get dogs in harnesses and strapped to the pull sled, add or remove weight from the sled (max 50 lbs at a time). Must be outgoing, assertive and comfortable touching dogs you just met.
- Raffle ticket and t-shirt sales -11:00am-1:30pm or 1:30pm-4:00pm: Sell raffle tickets and t-shirts.
